Statistical Experimental Design Guided Optimization of a One-Pot Biphasic Multienzyme Total Synthesis of Amorpha-4,11-diene
In vitro synthesis of chemicals and pharmaceuticals using enzymes is of considerable interest as these biocatalysts facilitate a wide variety of reactions under mild conditions with excellent regio-, chemo- and stereoselectivities. A significant challenge in a multi-enzymatic reaction is the need to optimize the various steps involved simultaneously so as to obtain high-yield of a product. In t...
متن کاملA Modified-One Pot Synthesis of Diaminoglyoxime
The one pot reaction of glyoxal and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in aqueous sodium hydroxide was found to be a safe and inexpensive method for the preparation of diaminoglyoxime. By increasing stoichiometric ratio of the hydroxylamine hydrochloride and decreasing the solvent volume, the product yield increased considerably (~ 70%).
متن کاملOne-pot total chemical synthesis of human a-synuclein†
The misfolding and aggregation of the 140-residue neuronal protein a-synuclein (a-syn) play central roles in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease (PD). Histologically, PD is defined post-mortem by the presence of intracellular proteinaceous inclusions known as Lewy bodies (LBs), composed mainly of insoluble a-syn amyloid fibrils. Several post-translational modifications (PTMs) have been iden...
متن کاملErratum to: Synthesis of Curcumin Glycosides with Enhanced Anticancer Properties Using One-Pot Multienzyme Glycosylation Technique.
This erratum is being published to correct the author's contribution and name of above manuscript by Gurung et al. that was published in Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology (2017, 27: 1639-1648). The first author (Rit Bahadur Gurung) and the second author (So Youn Gong) contributed equally to this article. And the seventh author (Tae Jin Oh) should appear as 'Tae-Jin Oh'.
متن کاملSequential one-pot multienzyme (OPME) synthesis of lacto-N-neotetraose and its sialyl and fucosyl derivatives.
Lacto-N-neotetraose and its sialyl and fucosyl derivatives including Lewis x (Le(x)) pentasaccharide, sialyl Lewis x (sLe(x)) hexasaccharide and internally sialylated derivatives were enzymatically synthesized from readily available lactoside, commercially available uridine 5'-diphosphate-glucose (UDP-Glc) and the corresponding monosaccharides using a highly efficient sequential one-pot multien...
